Mark Relph set up Practical Visioneering, a project management company specialising in unique communication methods, after taking voluntary redundancy. His root to success in his own words:

The ability of a leadership team to articulate its vision and to communicate that vision effectively, should be number one on the ‘to-do’ list. So the next time, you have the mantle of leadership for a project or task – just ask yourself that one singular question “what does good look like?”. Then once you have, and can articulate in manner that is easy to share/buy in/assimilate, then you are already in a better place than many others.

My task was to reproduce Marks drawing style as part of the brand so I created a hand drawn typeface for the logotype. Mark also wanted a symbol or pictorial logo that was descriptive, unique and versatile. I created an eye out of letters VP and incorporated a finish flag that features heavily in his own drawings. I created three versions in consideration of varying production sizes that may be required.
